As Hotel de Londres y de Inglaterra is located right at the La Concha Bay, of course the La Concha Beach is an absolute must in our selection. It is also referred to as the city beach of San Sebastián and even has many modern underground parking facilities. Run out of the hotel and practice your regular exercise on the La Concha Beach before taking a cool dive in the clear blue water. Don’t fancy a run or swimming? Rent a canoe and get sweaty while paddling out all stress in the La Concha Bay of San Sebastián in Basque Country, Spain.

Do you prefer to escape the big crowd? Try the Ondarreta Beach which is located next to the La Concha Beach. Even though these two beaches are in the same bay, they are separated from each other. The Ondarreta Beach is smaller compared to the La Concha Beach but offers the same facilities such as life guards and the earlier mentioned parking facilities and canoe rentals.

Our third tip is the surfers paradise in San Sebastián: Zurriola Beach. Located on the eastside of the uramea river the best waves can be found here. Are you a newbie in surfing? Be sure to take one of the surf or body board courses before jumping into the waves. Zurriola Beach will make your surfing dreams come true. Next to this it is also the perfect location to practice some beach volley ball. Great equipment and many beautiful people waiting to compete with you. Are you ready for it?

We could simply not leave out the most exclusive beach in the entire La Concha Bay. The Santa Clara Island is a small island located in the middle of the La Concha Bay and is worth paying a visit during the daytime. It is only accessible by boat but be sure when to visit because at the end of the afternoon the tide will come and make the entire beach disappear into the water.
