Gift a Smile this Christmas with our Solidarity Tree
From my balconies, I’ve watched San Sebastián light up each Christmas. The twinkling lights along La Concha promenade sparkle like stars, while the sea hums festive carols. But amidst the magic and cheer, there are those who need a glimmer of hope to reignite their Christmas spirit.
This year, once again, I’m teaming up with my brother at the Hotel Villa Favorita, to invite you to be part of something truly special: Cruz Roja Juventud’s “The Educational Toy: Their Rights in Play” campaign. Since 1992, this initiative has been transforming the holidays of thousands of vulnerable children, offering them not just toys, but the promise of a brighter future.
In my reception, beneath the warm glow of chandeliers and surrounded by festive decor, two small Christmas trees stand adorned with tags. Each tag holds the name, age, and Christmas wish of a child. With your support, we can make this Christmas truly unforgettable.
How you can help:
- Visit me and pick a tag from the tree.
- Buy a gift that will make a child’s wish come true (with a minimum value of €30).
- Place your gift at the tree base before December 20th.
By doing so, you’ll become an ambassador of Olentzero and the Three Kings, filling my lobby with the spirit of giving, and creating a memory that will stay with us all.
